Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing currently has its rig up and drilling rig fabrication operations in the Houston area. Eclipse offers top quality new and remanufactured drilling rigs in its Drillmaster series in various sizes and horse power ratings in both DC and AC applications including 500HP, 650HP, 750HP, 1000HP, 1500HP, 2000HP and 3000HP. Eclipse also offers rig components such as mud pumps, complete mud systems, top drives, drawworks, SCR houses, pipe handling equipment, equipment unitization etc...

Our new manufacture Eclipse Drillmaster drilling rigs are state of the art incorporating the latest in technological advancement with oilfield proven technology. All of our mast and substructures are designed and manufactured by legendary oilfield engineer and rig designer Don Branham at his API certified Conroe, Texas facility, Full Circle Enterprises. In addition to the superior mast and substructure design and fabrication, the Eclipse Drillmaster series of rigs offer the following components.

There is no better new drilling rig on the market today. In fact Eclipse has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Full Circle Enterprises for them to produce all of our new Eclipse Drillmaster series mast and substructures. These designs are engineered to be fast moving and easy to rig up and down allowing the rig to be moved from one location to the next in the shortest possible amount of time. The Conroe, TX facility has 5 rig up pad sites, a 55,000sq ft mast and substructure fabrication shop and a 30,000sq ft tank and skid fabrication shop space.

Eclipse is planning on installing our own complete CNC machine shop and mechanical tear-down and build-up shop. Our in house CNC machine shop will allow us to efficiently manufacture, remanufacture and repair drawworks, rotary tables, hook/block and crown assemblies and anything else that might need machining in the drilling rig manufacture, rig repair and rig remanufacturing process. This will increase our productivity and reduce our rig build times providing improved products and services to our customers.

The Conroe facility also has a complete sandblast and paint booth area to ensure that all of our products are properly protected against the elements.

Our Eclipse Drillmaster Remanufactured Rig program includes remanufactured equipment from OEM's such as the following.

And many other manufactures all remanufactured to API and the original manufacturer specifications by our top certified staff. These rigs include the following equipment.

New or newly remanufactured mud pumps
New Mud Tanks and new Mud Cleaning Equipment.
New CAT Motor Generator Sets.
New LTI SCR Houses and completely new rig wiring and lighting.

Our remanufactured rigs are as new as new can get without starting from scratch and Eclipse International stands behind our work by providing a 12 month new rig warranty and also offers extended warranty programs for all of our products. Additionally there is no Chinese content in any of our drilling rigs and we will work with you to custom design your rig package to include items like automated catwalks and pipe handling systems, top drives, rig skid and walking systems and much much more.

Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing also offers full engineering services by utilizing both in house and highly qualified outside engineering partners and associates. Additionally once our new machine shop is complete in the spring of 2010 we will have full service CNC machining services as well.
