Our product line of Eclipse Drillmaster drilling rigs reflects our total committment to the customer and employing the newest technology available in our products. Whether new manufacture or remanufactured, our rigs are simply the best in the industry because of our committment to the customer and our committment to applying the latest technology available to the drilling industry. If our products were not up to the standards set by my father all those years ago, I would not associate my name with them or the company. I also would not be doing our Eclipse International shareholders justice if I were not doing everything possible to make Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing a success and in my book that success starts with the customer.
Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing is headquartered in downtown Austin, Texas. The Austin office holds the executive offices, the accounting operations, the intellectual property acquisition department and the sales department. Currently Eclipse International has 2 full service rig up and fabrication facilities in the Houston, Texas area. This allows us to be right in the middle of the oil industry where the action is. We have a total of over 36 acres of rig up yard and over 225,000 sqft of fabrication facilities. Our Sealy, Texas fabrication and rig up facility consists of 23 acres and has 150,000 sqft of shop and fabrication floor space, 3000 sqft of administration and engineering offices and we are curently looking at adding another 10,000 sqft of engineering and associate partner office space next year. The facility has room for 4 large rig up pads and 2 smaller rig up pads giving us the ability to rig up 6 complete rigs at once if needed and still have room to move around and work. There is also space to stack 6 large rigs and up to 14 smaller rigs in addition to the rig up pads and shop space. We are in the process of designing and installing a 75,000 sqft CNC machine shop within the Sealy, Texas facility and once this is in place Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing will be able to handle most any possible rig fabrication or remanufacturing process that could come up.
The newest facility in the Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing family is the East Houston Fabrication facility just off of McCarty road in Houston, Texas. This facility is 13 acres and has 64,000 sqft of fabrication shop floor. The East Houston facility also has a complete sandblast and paint booth capable of blasting and painting equipment as large as mud tanks, dog houses, mast and substructure sections. There are 2 large rig up pads and space to stack up to 4 large drilling rigs and up to 10 smaller units. Our east Houston facility is already ASTM, ASME, CWB certified and the facility should have its API certification to manufacture mast and substructures in the next few weeks. The facility also has a railspur that will come in handy for shipping and receiving rigs to and from overseas customers. The East Houston facility also has an onsite QA/QC department and onsite engineering. We are installing a plate crimper to produce the specialty plate necessary to build mud tanks in house and a plate roller by the end of this year. This will improve our fabrication cycle and reduce our rig delivery times.
Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing currently has 4 National 1320 and 1 National 110 drilling rigs in its inventory of rigs to be remanufactured. These rigs will be remanufactured to original API specifications and have new Eclipse technology applied to each of them. They will then become part of the Eclipse International product line as the Eclipse Drillmaster 2000HP Electric Drilling Rig and the Eclipse Drillmaster 1500HP Electric Drilling Rig. It is our business plan to continue to conduct due diligence and purchase used drilling equipment for remanufacture and conversion to our Drillmaster line. Our Eclipse Drillmaster rigs are far better than when they were first manufactured and it is our mandate to keep pushing to develop and find new technology to further improve our remanufactured drilling equipment products.
Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing is committed to finding and developing the newest technologies that can be applied to the oil & gas industry. To date Eclipse International has proprietary technologies in the areas of mud systems, equipment skid systems, rig data collection and wireless rig computer and video networks. We are working on new mast and substructure designs that will increase the durability and life span of our drilling rigs as well as reduce the weight and number of loads necessary to move the rigs. We have drawworks, top drive, rig floor hydraulics and electric motor projects in design and testing and hope to be able to add these to our technology and therefore to our rigs very soon. Eclipse International is planning on building the most technologically advanced safest drilling rigs in the world. We are looking to make our rigs more efficient and cost effective to operate benefitting both the drilling contractor and the environment and we are well on our way to achieving those goals with our Drillmaster series of rigs.
This concept of total customer service is very simple. There is no big mystery here. It starts with the customer and ends with the customer and every point in between the customer is the main focus. In producing and selling a product, any product, you the seller is asking someone, the buyer, to give you hard earned money for your product or services. If the buyer agrees to give you their money you have an utmost responsibility to provide them the very highest quality products and very best services possible and anything less is completely unacceptable. We instill this in our employees and associates right from the start. It is a large section of our employee manual. Every employee no matter what their job description is has a full and total responsibility to the customer. It is the customer that pays their check.
Every employee from the man that sweeps the floors to the fabricator in the shop, to the engineer working on designs, to the accounting department, to the executive branch including the CEO, all employees and all job duties can make a difference to the customer. In May of 2007 Eclipse International introduced our Eclipse Drillmaster EZ Mover Electric Drilling Rig line of 800HP, 1000HP and 1500HP new manufacture American made drilling rigs. These rigs represent the latest in technology and are designed to be moved in less than 20 total truck loads. It is our belief that the Eclipse Drillmaster EZ Mover line of drilling rigs will become the industry standard. To date we have tentative orders for 6 of these new age rigs and we hope to secure orders for a total of 30 rigs by year end. Because we are building these rigs from the start we can control the fabrication process and the rig delivery schedule. With our current fabrication facilities Eclipse International can fabricate and deliver up to 8 of these new Drillmaster EZ Mover rigs per year and we are looking at the possibility of adding another 15 acre rig up and fabrication facility to our current capacity. This would allow us to deliver an additional 8 new EZ Mover rigs annually.
