Eclipse signs deal with East Houston Fabrication
Eclipse signs marketing agreement with Pennenergy

Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing announced today that they signed an agreement with East Houston Fabrication to allow Eclipse to use the 13 acre rig up yard and fabrication shop service of their east Houston facility located on Portwall. Mr. Hilder said; "It is our goal to build and remanufacture several rigs there each year. The people over at EHF are great and they really do good work. I visited their operation several times before we made this move and every time I was there the place and the work were in shipshape condition. The people over at East Houston Fab are looking to be in business for many years to come and I personally think they will succeed. I also think that this agreement with EHF will run for many years to come while the drilling industry builds new and retrofits older rigs to keep up with industry demands. It looks like oil may go as high as $80.00 over the next 12 to 18 months and that will keep the pressure on us to keep turning out rigs." EHF's facility is 13 acres with a complete paint and blasting booth and 64,000 sq ft of fabrication shop space.

Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing signed a 12 month renewable marketing deal with Pennenergy. The complete details of the deal were not made public however Pennernergy and its parent Pennwell are going to be providing Eclipse advertising in 9 of their oil & gas and energy related publications worldwide. In addition to that, Pennenergy is marketing the 4 remanufactured Eclipse Drillmaster 2000HP rigs currently in the Eclipse rig inventory. Mr. Hilder said; "Pennenergy is really going to prove to be a great asset to Eclipse International. They are working on our marketing over the internet and in their publications. It is really great to have a top quality company like Pennenergy place their confidence in you and your product. I look forward to a long and profitable relationship with the Pennenergy folks. We are working on further possible marketing agreements at this time and so far I'm very hopeful about these possibilities as well."
Eclipse inks deal to remanufacture four National 2000HP Rigs

Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing closed a deal this month that will bring 4 National 1320 2000HP drilling rigs into its rig up facilities. Mr. Hilder said; "The details of the agreement are confidential however this is a very nice piece of business for Eclipse International. Having these rigs in our yard will put us at about 50% of our current capacity as far as space is concerned. But that is a good thing. I am very happy to go out and look for additional rig up and fabrication facility space. That means we are growing and the future looks bright."

Eclipse secures deal for new Sealy, Texas rig up facility
Eclipse International Oilfield Manufacturing reached an agreement with ATS in Sealy, Texas to use their 23 acre facility for its future rig refurbishing and remanufacturing needs. The details of the agreement are confidential however the deal will allow Eclipse to build rigs in the Sealy, Texas facility for many years to come. Mr. Hilder said; "The yard in Sealy has 150,000 sqft of fabrication shop space including a full blasting and paint area. The yard has space for 4 large rig up pads and 2 smaller pads. There is also space to stack an additional 6 large rigs and possibly up to 10 smaller rigs. So this yard will serve us well for some time to come. We are very pleased with the arrangement."
